Managed Services for ArcGIS

An organisation had invested in ArcGIS Online but lacked the in-house expertise to get value from it. Content was disorganised, licensing was unmanaged, and day-to-day tasks were piling up with no clear owner. We built structure around their data, streamlined how new content gets created and published, and took on ongoing management of their ArcGIS environment. They now have a functioning GIS operation without the cost or commitment of a full-time specialist.

The organisation had invested in ArcGIS Online but had no one to manage it. Content had accumulated without structure: duplicate layers, services left running, no naming conventions. Publishing new content meant working it out from scratch every time.

What we did:

What we did:

What we did:

We audited their ArcGIS Online organisation and removed what wasn’t being used. We established a folder structure and naming conventions, documented the publishing process and trained the team. We then stayed on as their GIS partner for ongoing work.
